my mood is light this morning. i wake up to the ticking of a clock, in an appartement, downtown vancouver. my day started with jens face and her pregnant belly ( this makes me smile hard, or rather softly) i feel beautiful, i feel the healing taking place within me, each day that goes by. i feel the world shifting around me, conspiring on my behalf, as my self becomes more conscious. brighter--Lighter--Everything is syncronistic, i live in a place on non-time & non-space. i let go & let flow----let the waves of life take me away- exactly where im meant to be. to be? to see-- to see the flowers grow, to see the sky flow--from blue to purple to that bright shiny glow. to let light glow--flow--blow--blow all those everyday worries away. Here & Now they wont stay. otherwise my thoughts will stray, turn grey. and what of it? where does my trueself fit? ॐ RIGHT HERE ॐ in the now. in non-time, non-space. non-judgement, no one place. everything, everywhere, everyone. in the conscious collective, heart re-awakened. in the time that is not eternity, but rather ॐ INFINITY ॐ where everything happens for me. everything happens, not because i will it to ( though in part, it is so) but because i have become ONE- 1- WON- 1 with Spirit, with the ॐ DIVINEॐ I am in th eplace of infinity. i trust , i flow, i go, i shine, im bright, i glow! my ego has merged with essence. the non-me, I--but rather, the We--the Us. the collective.
ॐ THE UNIVERSEॐ I am part of that flower that ♩ ♪ ♫ ♬ ♭ ♮ ♯Rythm, beat--part of the heat! the cool, the cold fiery-icey-fire. that deep desire. that is here to conspire--for me, for we. for the plants and the trees. the grass, the bees. leaves. the sky, the ocean, the vast, great flowing motion. the notion. the tug of my heart. the pull of the tide. the flow that will not hide. my life force. FIRST SOURCE! when it takes over, i can take write, i can rhyme, i can do anything outside of time---

ॐ Appreciation ॐ
I am. that admiration, humanity's obligation, the self's realisation-- that the skies, the trees, the ocean, the leaves, -- that oneness brings me to my knees. in humility. humbled by humanity in the presence of sanity. vanity. this life, that strife. the lessons we learn, we yearn, on fire with desire. a desire to appreciate. our fathers and mothers and daughters and brothers. the sacred space that connects us all. and so we call-- on one another, as sisters and brothers. we yield, we stand in humbled awe of our energy field. we give and we receive. believe. we have gratitude. a shift in perspective comes new attitude and with this new attitude comes gratitude flowing freely. ॐ Beautyॐ
I am. the raindrop on that leaf. that came from the clouds, the sky--so high. the birds that fly. the cows that graze. the animals that die. life & death, we are part of it all. we rise, we fall. we fly, we live, we die. death, and rebirth. the girth of giving birth. the cycle of life. strife, stress, pain, in vain. fears of tears, of smiles, of friends, that dont end. of trying, searching, seeking, lying. of failure, succession, apprehension, a cure. To realise its all a game-- done in pain and vain, dreamt by yours truly. blamed on anything unruly. if we're not to blame we can pretend its not our game. but.....if we own up. Accept & flow in syncronistic harmony-- dont fight, be light, let go and let flow, we will Feel that Glow. the wind, blowing kisses across our face. we'll sense. we'll smell and hear and see and feel. we'll touch all the beauty surorunding us. and realise why we are here. for we are all Near. close in our Heart. this is the start. the start?
of our deathe and rebirth. into the beauty that is our true selves. ELVES! we are we and us and connected--not I nor you nor separate, not desperate. but syncronisticly connected in true beauty. nothingis a curse-- its just the UNIVERSE conspiring for us. and when we realise this we stop fighting & biting, and hurting and blurting. we flow , we glow, we manifest, its all a test --- live & let's learn through all the beauty that is life- that is us & all aorund. everything connected as one is Divine true Beauty Connected in Infinate Love.
ॐ Compassionॐ
I am . that force of first Source that says, " i forgive you", rooted in an understanding of appreciation & forgivness. that love between ones mother and child, however mild. the unconditional. th einfinate. that door being held by that child for that woman. the man who beats his wife, the wife who acts without re-action. I am all of this. the wife, the daughter, the mother, the husband, the abuse itself. it is part of us all. we fall, and we accept our flaws, against the laws or the odds. an din this acceptance, we gain compassion.
ॐ Determinationॐ
I am . to continue on my life path. no matter how befuddled or muddled. my mind may get. too easy to think! before i blink-- and breathe, with ease. to wish the ego and illegal-- not so! hey ho! there's an ego on the go! Instead, i stop and let flow. let the balance of the ego and essence, mind and heart, StaRT! begin--within! Determination for balance all the way through. let things do, while changing from red to green to blue. determined not to fall into despair, without a worry or care. but if i dare, determination to act consciously, collectivly, respectivly-- to bring, to sing, to dream as a team. our world into being. into balance with our hearts talent- of fealing, of being, of seeing! with determination. our universe into harmony. into sweet, blissful harmony.
